During my recent business trip to Rome, my director chose Appartamento Familiare Nel Cuore Di Roma as our accommodation. One of the highlights of our stay was the availability of towels at the hotel. It was convenient to have towels provided, saving us the trouble of bringing our own and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Our check-in process was not smooth.

Bright and tastefully decorated apartment, spacious and well equipped. Great location in a charming and peaceful area, close to restaurants, cafes, and shops. Convenient for exploring the main attractions of the city.
Check-in process was frustrating with a lack of communication and waiting time. Daily maid service was non-existent, uncomfortable bed, and noisy street due to windows not closing properly.
